WELCOME ABOARD!
Welcome to the F.D. Roosevelt Squadron of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) based at NAS Jacksonville in Jacksonville, Florida.
The NSCC is for American youth ages 10-17 who have a desire to learn about the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine. Sea Cadets are authorized by the Secretary of the Navy to wear Navy uniforms appropriately marked with the Sea Cadet Corps insignia. The objectives of the Sea Cadet program are to introduce youth to naval life in a hands-on, real-world environment, to develop in them a sense of pride, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance, and to maintain an environment free of drugs and gangs.

Volunteer Service Opportunity FDR/TSR (4 hours)!!!
Jacksonville Elks Lodge District Vice President Dinner.
Where: Jacksonville Elks Lodge, 1855 West Road, Jacksonville Fl. 32216
When: Saturday 29 AUG 1630-2030.
Uniform: Type III.
**New Cadets without uniforms will wear, dress, pants & Belt, dress shirt (tucked in), and dress shoes.
Duties: Serving dinner (80-100 guest).
Volunteers will be served a complimentary dinner!
